Which data we process and why

When you send us a quote request or an enquiry, we process the data you provide (name, company, email, phone, the description and files of the part) to study your request, reply to you and, where applicable, manage the business relationship that follows.

We do not use your data to send you advertising or to build profiles.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we work together, for the duration of the business relationship and the periods required by law.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Our web hosting and email provider processes data on behalf of Muelles Brotons, S.L. as a data processor.
